The Fast-track Facilitation Skills Workshop


What is it?

A one-day fast paced, intensive and highly participative taster workshop designed to promote an understanding of the key roles and responsibilities when facilitating meetings, events and workshops and to introduce a range of tools, tips and techniques to enable you to;

	Maximise participation and engagement in meetings and events
	Overcome blocks to progress in meetings and get them back on track
	Recognise difficult behaviours and have skills and tools minimise, manage or intervene in groups to promote understanding and build agreement
	Facilitate problem exploration, problem solving, ideas generation and decision making
	Facilitate meeting/team and project reviews to enhance team working and project performance

All this and more to help you design and facilitate meetings, learning events and workshops with improved insight, more ideas and greater confidence.

Who should attend?

If you are facilitating meetings, leading a group, team or action learning set, are new to team or meeting facilitation, responsible for designing meetings and workshops for one hour or one day or just want fresh insight, ideas and inspiration for your meetings then this fast, focused and fun day will do just that!
