Facilitation Fundamentals

What is it?

This two day open programme has been designed for professionals who want to spend quality time exploring the role of a facilitator and core responsibilities when working with groups. The course is dynamic, packed with tools, methods and techniques and provides insight into all the key facilitation competencies. You will enjoy a structured, safe and creative environment in which to get to grips with and enhance many aspects of your facilitation including how to;

Set up a group/meeting for success
Engage and maximise participation in meetings and workshops
Design and facilitate from 'objective to action' 
Use tools to support each part of the problem solving process
Identify difficult behaviours & situations and use tools and strategies to keep people on board 
       and meetings on track 
Use the reviewing cycle and select tools to support team/project and meeting reviews
