facilitate this! was established in 1999 and incorporated as a limited company in 2002. We will celebrate our 10th anniversary in the Olympic year, which is a great anniversary for a company that has come to represent excellence in the field, striving, training and working with a whole range of clients to help them to acheive excellence in standards, performance, knowledge, improvements, team working and results through skilled facilitation.

Amanda Stott – facilitate this! founder
Amanda studied a first degree in Sports Science at Birmingham University and a masters degree in Behavioural Science at Leeds Polytechnic. Her career started in the NHS working in behaviour change programmes and later to the Health Education Authority working with World Health Organisation to train trainers in facilitating behaviour change across Eastern Europe. Amanda’s final position before establishing facilitate this! was as Assistant Director of the National Primary Care Facilitation Programme.
