Introduction to Team Performance and Facilitating Team Development

This two day training programme for team leaders, managers and facilitators will involve a one to one consultation with the lead trainer ahead of your attendance to identify you/your team development needs. Once on the programme you will be introduced to:

• the fundamentals of Team Performance & Team Development Models
• tools for assessing team performance and team development issues
• activities, methods and techniques for creating, facilitating and sustaining teams
• interactive learning and team exploration activities indoors and outdoors
• Active and creative reviewing to enhance transfer of learning

A highly experiential event, the programme will involve participating in a variety of exercises (high and low), games, debates, discussions, reviews and interactive theory sessions, all supported by a highly skilled training team and a comprehensive workbook.
