Partners in Facilitation bring Ingrid Bens to the UK

facilitate this! has teamed up with key partners in facilitation to bring Ingrid Bens to the UK for a landmark conference and advanced facilitation skills training workshop during October 2010. Ingrid is a prolific writer and best seller in the art and skills of facilitation and a master practitioner, developing and pushing the frontiers of facilitation in the USA and worldwide. 'Facilitation Strategies for Leaders' will be a one day workshop at Goodenough College, London on October 4th, with the aim of highlighting the contribution that the values, skills and practices of facilitation can make in developing and enabling more people to lead within all organisations. She will highlight her work in a range of sectors including Fortune 500 companies, health, education, government departments and not for profit and use a participative workshop format to demonstrate practical applications and enhance understanding of the contribution that the facilitation skill set can make to working in and preparing for, ever complex, interactive, interconnected and collaborative organisations. Advanced Facilitation Strategies will be a two day event to be held at Surgeon's Hall, Edinburgh on October 7th & 8th 2010. To deepen your understanding of art and practice of facilitation and enhance your impact and effectiveness when working in ever complex and challenging organisations and scenarios.
