March 9th & 10th 2010 are the dates to put in your diary if you wish to join us on the next Advanced Facilitation Skills Workshop. We have been working hard to ensure that the open programme will offer the opportunity and the variety within it to stretch, dig and build on the skills and competence of participants who will be drawn from a wide audience and are tasked to facilitate a great range of challenging meetings, events and project groups. If you are reaching the limits of your current skills and confidence as a facilitator, facing challenges with greater complexity or just keen to grow in competence in order to offer more to your team, project and organisation then the Advanced Facilitation Skills Workshop is for you.

We will spend part of the training working on live facilitated events in the outdoors in order to provide you with an opportunity to facilitate with real team dynamics and develop your confidence in applying facilitation techniques when they are needed most.
