Facilitating Transition

Change is the watchword of the day as organisations evolve, merge and strive to thrive in a dynamic environment. The success of organisational change and the merging of people, policy, practice and effectiveness can be helped enormously with a team of in-house change agents who can facilitate and support the change process and the transitions from one state of operation to another.

This workshop is designed to train up a team of in house change agents and to provide them with the confidence and the tools to focus on what matters in your organisation and to be able to facilitate learning from the experience of constant change.

During the workshop we will:

Describe change management and transition theories and identify how they relate to your organisation
Explore tools to engage and motivate people through transitions
Explore a host of tools for overcoming resistance and harnessing potential

Demonstrate how to use the active reviewing cycle to support the facilitation process

If change is afoot in your organisation, be it a merger of people or practice, LEAN thinking, quality projects, process improvement or efficiency drives then contact us and we will work with you to develop an in-house team with the confidence and the tools to help smooth the way.
