If you are new to group and meeting facilitation then look first at the Fast-track programme or the Foundation programme for a kick start to understanding facilitation and the many roles and responsibilites you have and tools you can use when working with groups.

If its meetings you really want to get to grips with either designing them, chairing them, leading them or facilitating them then look no further than from 'Agenda to Action' for everything you needed to know but didn't realise you did!

If you have completed these or similar programmes then our 'Bread and Butter Tools' workshop session will help you add depth and breadth to your toolkit when working with groups and in meetings.
